Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of LiteRun (literun.dev), a service that turns videos into depth videos through a website and an API. By creating an account or using the API you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account and its API keys. Keep your keys secret and revoke any key you think is exposed.
Prepaid credit and pricing
- The service is paid for with prepaid credit in US dollars. Prices are listed on the home page and may change; a change never affects a job that has already started.
- When a job starts, its cost is held from your credit. It is charged only if the job succeeds; otherwise the hold is released.
- Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and does not expire while your account is open.
- Bonus credit, such as the first top-up match, is a promotion and cannot be refunded.
- Only the latest top-up can be refunded, as described in the Refund Policy: once per account, within 14 days, while your balance still covers it, minus the payment processing fee. If a payment is disputed with your bank, we freeze the account.
- Accounts younger than 30 days can top up at most $100 in total.
- Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and handles taxes and invoices.
Your content
You keep all rights to the videos you upload and to the results. You must have the right to upload and process every video you send. We use your videos only to process your jobs. We do not use them to train models and do not share them, except with the providers that run the service (see the Privacy Policy).
Uploaded videos are deleted within 2 days. Results are available for 7 days after a job finishes and are then deleted. Free trial videos and results are deleted after 1 day.
Acceptable use
Do not use LiteRun to process content that is illegal, that you have no right to use, or that sexualizes minors. Do not attempt to bypass limits, overload the service, or access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work to keep LiteRun running and correct, but the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Depth maps are estimates and may contain errors.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending your use
You can stop using LiteRun at any time and ask us to close your account. Unused purchased credit is handled under the Refund Policy. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, email account holders before they take effect.
