Privacy Policy

This policy explains what LiteRun collects, why, and how long it is kept. We collect only what the service needs. We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

What we collect

• Email address, to sign you in and to send account and billing messages.
• Videos you upload and their results, to process your jobs.
• Job and billing records: job settings, durations, charges and top-ups.
• IP address, to limit free trials and protect the service from abuse.
• Payment details are entered on Creem's checkout and stay with Creem. We receive the order, the amount, and a customer reference, never your card number.

Cookies

We set one cookie, which keeps you signed in to the website. The free trial and sign-in forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.

Who processes data for us

• Cloudflare: website hosting, file storage (R2) and bot protection.
• Runpod: the GPUs that compute depth maps.
• Creem: payments, taxes and invoices, as merchant of record.
• Resend: sign-in emails.
• Our cloud host: the API server and database.

These providers use the data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded videos: deleted within 2 days.
• Results: deleted 7 days after the job finishes.
• Free trial videos and results: deleted after 1 day.
• Account, job and billing records: while your account is open, and billing records as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or the deletion of your account by writing to support@literun.dev. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to processing or to complain to a data protection authority.
